The former walk-on completed his career as one of the premier wide receivers in UF and SEC history...
149 career catches (4th in UF history) for 2,107 yards (4th in history) with 31 TD catches
(the best total in UF and SEC history)...Career TD/catch ratio of 4.81 (31 TDs in 149 catches)
ranked 4th best in school history...Became just the 13th player in NCAA Div. I-A history to catch 30
or more career TDs...A banner season in 1995 as he registered 70 catches (tops in the SEC)
with 17 TD catches in ’95 tied him with UF and SEC history)...17 TD catches in ’95 tied him with
Ohio State’s Terry Glenn for the most in the nation...70 catches (2nd top season total in UF history)
for 1,045 yards (2nd best total in UF history) in 1995...A consensus first-team All-SEC choice in ’95 as
well as an AP second-team All-America choice...Caught at least one TD pass in 11 of 12 games in ’95 to
set a new NCAA record for TD catches in the most games (11) in a season.
